Dr. Lara M. Pair, JD (Attorney at Law, CH/GER/USA), currently works as international attorney in Zürich and as lecturer at the University of St. Gallen and Geneva and adjunct professor at Emory University Law School. She graduated from Emory University School of Law in 2002 with honors, from University of Saarland in 2006, and received her PhD from the University of St. Gallen in 2011. She has worked internationally ever since.
In addition to being a member of the Georgia, Nürnberg and Zürich bar in good standing, she completed a specialization course in commercial and business law in Germany, and has published a number of times in the USA and Switzerland. Her research and work focuses on international transactions and dispute resolution.
